Hi, I’m Tehmina.
And I truly believe it’s possible for women to have wealth and do more of what sets their heart on fire.
You only get one life. Let’s live it well. Let’s live rich!
I help women like you increase their financial confidence so you can make better decisions around money – control spending, start investing, create wealth and do more of what you love.
When you change your habits on the inside it allows you to change your situation on the outside.
- No more thinking “wealth is just for men” because that’s the ‘story’ you’ve been taught.
- No more ‘head in the sand’ because you can’t yet see a way out of debt, money worries or how to cope in retirement.
- No more hiding your light, your power or your dreams because you’ve been sold the “Who do you think you are?” and “You’ll never make it” lies.
Instead, the financial freedom you crave is within your grasp. It’s closer than you think.
Stop working yourself to the bone, feeling unfulfilled and or floundering in that swamp-like sense of stuck. Gain the clarity, confidence, resources and support to make money work for you – not the other way around.
It all starts with the right thinking – your wealth mindset.
As a business coach, investor and entrepreneur I can be your guide to the life you want.
I’ve made the journey. I know you can too.
How Did I Get Here?
I wish I could tell you it was easy but my story is one of resilience, determination and overcoming the odds.
Now living a comfortable life in London, my upbringing in northern England seems so far away.
I was born and bred in Yorkshire. My parents were Asian immigrants and I was one of nine children.
Dad was the bread-winner, mum the home-maker. A traditional, hard-working family.
Whatever picture we imagined for ourselves was erased one tragic day.
Dad died suddenly. Without warning.
He left mum widowed at 38 with nine kids, no education and barely a word of English. Overnight we went from well-off to welfare.
Let me tell you, it was tough. Very, very tough.
Without family to lean on, my mum turned to me to help her make sense of things. I was just 14 but considered ‘the smart one’ of the litter.
Instead of having fun with friends, my early teens were spent dealing with authority and bureaucracy: endless trips to social security, interpreting papers for solicitors and the courts, explaining ‘mean’ letters from the bank and even talking to the police.
I sucked in my grief because mum needed me.
Things had to get done. It was years later before I was able to release the pain.
Believe me, I know first-hand the struggle and stresses of not having money, not being financially prepared and not knowing where to turn. The impact on families can be devastating.
My family’s experience led me to a life-changing discovery.
We absorb the emotional energy around money as well as the financial habits of our parents.
For me, that meant while I earned money as easily as my entrepreneurial dad it also slipped through my fingers like water over a cliff. I had learned to spend but not save.
That truth drove me to find a solution to last the long term, not just the week-by-week.
The seeds of Empower and Enrich had been planted.
A Supporter of Women
Besides my own experiences I also saw what was happening to other women in the community.
Women held back by lack of education, being forced into marriages they did not want, domestic violence and abandonment. Women trapped without money of their own and unable to reach their dreams or potential.
That left a lasting impression on me. Especially as I seemed to be a rarity – a female who pushed the boundaries and made it through.
I left home at 18 to work in Germany, Switzerland and Egypt for a few years. Teaching, training, coaching and consulting. Unheard of at the time for a woman with my background.
I pushed myself academically, too. Back in the UK, a Masters in Politics was added to my Degree in Languages.
I pushed myself on personal development. My coaching career shaped by the brilliance of people like Louise Hay, Bob Proctor and Randy Gage. A blend of business, spirituality and success strategies for life.
Business First – The Grounding
So, there I was. Armed with corporate experience, a wider world view and a ton of skills at my disposal.
I had a knack for helping people to gain clarity about their lives, to blast away limiting beliefs which held them back and to achieve their goals.
And there was a picture in my mind which decided how I would use those skills.
I saw women being held back or holding back. Not just women from my own culture but from across the spectrum. And a lack of solidarity among those who wanted to progress.
It made me want to be a source of support for women everywhere. To be the mentor and role model she did not have.
My belief was that entrepreneurship was the best way for her to achieve financial freedom. After all, I had set up my own businesses, online and offline, and enjoyed more successes than not.
So, off I went.
I coached women to start and grow an online business. I did this for seven years until another realisation hit me…
… Not every woman wants to be an entrepreneur. They still want financial freedom but through a different path.
Which was exciting for me. Because I quickly discovered there are (thanks to technological advances and other factors) other smarter ways to help women make money online.
Ways that work for everyone. Regardless of their background, income or where they live in the world.
A 15-year journey through business and self-discovery helped me define my true purpose… to empower other women to live the life they richly deserve.
The New Mission – Empower and Enrich
Wealth rarely happens by chance.
Sure, some people win the lottery or receive an inheritance windfall. But for most of us our financial future is down to what we do each waking day.
That’s why I have a plan and take action to move me closer to my goals. You’ll find me:
- Improving my money mindset
- Developing my financial literacy
- Exploring different ways to make money (beyond basic pension plans)
- Taking steps to save money (beyond simple savings accounts)
- Creating multiple streams of income
And This Is What I Want For You Too…
You too deserve a bright and financially secure future.
Don’t make the mistake of believing your current income, age or location is a barrier to success. If there’s one thing I want you to know it’s this:
It truly is possible for ANYONE to prepare for a life of wealth and financial freedom.
I know because I’m doing it and many other women are too.
Simply follow the 3-step approach… PLANT – GROW – REAP
Get a wealth mindset. Get financial education. Get a plan.
And GO for it!
